How do I get my medication without prescription drug coverage?
The Hope Clinic's Patient Drug Assistance Program provides qualifying patients without prescription drug coverage access to the medications they need for free or at a discounted rate. Patients who wish to participate in the program must be an established patient at the Hope Clinic.
The Hope Clinic office staff will complete the prescription and physician information on the appropriate forms. There is a minimal fee for the handling and processing and patient assistance forms. The patient is responsible for completing and mailing the application.
Some medications may be shipped directly to the patient's home; however, most are shipped to our office. When they arrive, we will call the patient for pick-up. We do not mail any medications received in our office.
