Refill Requests:
Refill requests will be addressed within 72 hours of receiving your request.
Refills for controlled substances require an office visit.
Please make sure you are up to date on your office visit to ensure refills are appropriate.
Appointment Cancellation:
Please allow at least 24 hour notice to avoid a $40.00 no show fee.
We serve a large number of patients in need of appointments, as a courtesy to other patients it is very important to cancel within 24 hours.

What if I cannot make it to my scheduled appointment?
To avoid a late cancellation or no show charge it is advised to call to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your expected appointment time.
Does the Hope Clinic allow walk-ins?
Pending provider availability, walk-in office visits are available and limited to existing Hope Clinic patients that are acutely ill. Walk-in hours are as follows:
Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday: 7:30 am- 1:30 pm
Wednesday and Friday: 7:30 am- 10:30 am
Does the Hope Clinic help with prescriptions?
The Hope Clinic works with pharmaceutical companies that offer prescription assistance to the uninsured, as well as being knowledgeable of prescription discount pricing within the community. Our goal is to help each patient find solutions to cut down the out of pocket cost to each patient.
What if I need care or testing beyond what the Hope Clinic offers?
The Hope Clinic has relationships with over 100 specialists within our community that treat our uninsured at little or no cost.
The Hope Clinic has arrangements within the community with local partners to receive deeply discounted services for further testing such as CT Scans, MRI's, Biopsies, etc.
